Return of goods
Not satisfied with the product you ordered? If you have ordered the product home and for any reason you do not want it, you can cancel the purchase contract and return the product within 14 days of receipt.
Return procedure within 14 days
- Fill in the return form. Don’t forget your bank account number where we can send the money back for the returned goods.
- Pack the goods you want to return. The returned goods must be undamaged and unworn, preferably in their original packaging. Please enclose a returns form.
- Send the goods back to the address below:

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will send the money to your bank account as soon as possible.

Claims for goods
Procedure for claiming goods
- Fill in the complaint form. Choose the way we will handle any acknowledged complaint (replacement of the goods for a new one or refund to your bank account).
- Pack the goods you want to claim. Attach the completed claim form.
- Send us the goods you are claiming for to the address below:
